Why should I report an Issue with AccuQuilt?

1. I would not really call this an app because it doesn't do anything... This is just a place to register the products you own and when you're out and about you can double check if you have that one before you buy it again... What would up AccQuilt's game is if they would actually have an app that you could find and save patterns or really there's a million things that would be great to have... AccuQuilt has a great (albeit drastically overpriced) product and very poor customer services.I really like having the Accuquilt's products that I own, at my "fingertips" when I am shopping at quilt/sewing retailers that carry Accuquilt products.

2. For example- being able to access the Accuquilt pattern library with yardage info, as well as the ability to shop for products and a wishlist,too -once the app has the ability to shop within it.Not working at all!!! When it is working it only lists the dies you have.

3. I have uninstalled and re-installed and it still does not work.The accuquilt is handy to keep record of the dies you own, The scanning tool works very well I wish there was a way to drag and drop the list into the order I want.

4. Then I could put all the strip dies together and all the bob blocks together ect ect.... also be able to better organize the block patterns.Seems fine? I'm not sure what the point of the app is... it just records what you have.

5. When you try to register products online, the link just leads back to the app, but does loading a product in there mean its registered? I have no idea!Disappointing.

7. Benefit is that it does bring in info from Accuquilt - but needs more data such as item category, die size,.

9. I mean, sure, in a store you could double check you haven't already got a die you are looking at, but otherwise? It doesn't seem to do anything.

1. Fix AccuQuilt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AccuQuilt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AccuQuilt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AccuQuilt" » Open AccuQuilt » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AccuQuilt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AccuQuilt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AccuQuilt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AccuQuilt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AccuQuilt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AccuQuilt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AccuQuilt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AccuQuilt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AccuQuilt not working

2. Fix AccuQuilt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AccuQuilt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AccuQuilt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AccuQuilt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
