What users are saying

1. Nearly impossible to drag a card to another status list in board view; when you can finally pick up a card (not sure if it's input lag or application lag) and you drop it onto the new status, half the time nothing happens.

2. The other half of the time the card drops to another column.Unfortunately I don't believe the development team has managed to make a version of ClickUp that works well on mobile.

3. I would recommend you guys forgo the web import and design an actual app with a bigger display and font as well as improved response time.The calendar view shows 3 days with no option to view just today or the whole month.

4. The mobile version is good for what it does but lacks all of the robust features of the web and desktop client.

5. The Board doesn't switch status views easily because it doesn't clear distinguish between swiping view of a status vs changing the status of a task.

6. It does have a little bit of a clutter interface, but I like having the options in front of me and not having to go the menu all of the time to find what I need.

7. The web app version on Windows/Chrome browser does not experience these issues.Love the app! Layout is intuitive.

8. Frankly it works much better for me on my phone and tablet, and I can use it for my master task list and daily task lists with greater ease.

9. Maybe revise what is implemented on the mobile app to a more mobile app layout for ease.I disagree this is intuitive... You can't just edit a template.

10. I do have task that are in the future, but I have a view for future tasks that I review daily.

11. This is so frustrating, as the web and desktop pc apps are fantastic! But, I spend most of my day accessing tasks from my phone and this app is unuseable.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ClickUp (old app) Issues

  1. Restart ClickUp (old app): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
