1. Why? Also, I am unable to still view crossed off (non-recurring) tasks on my list.To be clear, ClickUp is one of the best task management apps out there and their web version is outstanding, but as others have stated, the mobile version is lacking.

2. I have lists with recurring tasks and when I check off a task, instead of disappearing like it does on the desktop version, it shows the repeated task for the next day on the list, which quickly creates a cluttered view.

3. I definitely recommend using it (and make sure to use the desktop version as well, especially when setting things up).Edit: 2nd time thing Android app, tried before in April 2021 and there's supposedly been bug fixes and improvements since then.

4. Uninstalling AGAIN.EDIT: ClickUp has offline mode now for all platforms, and it also saves all tasks in the task tray (in desktop mode) offline.

5. Also unable to change notification settings cause I don't want this thing blowing up my email as well with the same thing I'm reading in the app.First, let me be 100%, ClickUp is the more reliable and flexable team management software (for my needs).

8. I emailed their support team and was very impressed with their fast and helpful response! The mobile app is still missing some important features, but this new update adds a lot more.

10. I use it to organize home projects as well as school stuff, and the level of organization and the amount of features in it is insane (and kind of overwhelming for a few hours until you start figuring it out).

1. Fix ClickUp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ClickUp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ClickUp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ClickUp" » Open ClickUp - Manage Teams & Tasks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ClickUp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ClickUp - Manage Teams & Tasks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ClickUp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ClickUp - Manage Teams & Tasks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ClickUp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ClickUp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ClickUp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ClickUp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ClickUp not working

2. Fix ClickUp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ClickUp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ClickUp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ClickUp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
