Why should I report an Issue with Learn Piano: Beginner Tutorial?

1. Sorry.Why it's not allowing to try before buy? I ended up purchasing useless app , just a glorified video content that i can get on you tube..no interactive learning..please refund my membership..not really useable for people really wanting to learn... maybe for someone wanting to have a hobby and brag that they are "learning".. but not really learning anythinfThis app stinks.

2. Why should I subscribe?It just won't load up any lessons... Stuck at loading animations... Tried dozens of times over three day period, no luck.

3. Sure you've got three or so days free, but I don't need the hassle of canceling if I don't like it.

4. How about offering a few lessons before requiring sign up? Seems like a quality app otherwise.I don't get it.

5. Most of the included videos were taken from YouTube or from other free websites.

6. Price was good, unfortunately wouldn't let me try before I buy without signing up.

1. Fix Learn Piano Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn Piano: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn Piano App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn Piano" » Open Learn Piano: Beginner Tutorial » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn Piano » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn Piano: Beginner Tutorial app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Piano servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Piano: Beginner Tutorial" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Piano app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Piano might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Piano. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Piano then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn Piano not working

2. Fix Learn Piano Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn Piano be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn Piano not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn Piano may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
