Overall, it's a nice tool for learning.PW has been helpful platform since I joined, sometimes technical issues like chat glitch or polling problems, but the main thing for which I enrolled is study and in terms of it, in minimal cost, the platform looks all good, teachers are very clear with their explanations.

2. New features are also helpful for the students but there are minor glitches which I face, sometimes the poll doesn't work and if we try to download the lectures, it shows downloaded but doesn't work afterwards and we have to use our net to resume the downloaded lecture.

3. Let me talk about the app in starting the app was working properly but after getting update the app was not working properly and the lectures are not downloading as previous and if i want to take lectures without downloding them they pauses again and again even though my network was also very good.

4. Also,Khazana videos are not getting downloaded.It is an amazing platform with the best teacher's, one hour lecture doesn't seem boring at all.

5. While watching online recorded lectures whenever I rewind the video it starts to take a lot of data again loadings video I've already watched at that point, because of this almost double of the data it takes from which it shows in download option.

6. And after the new update the app is not working as smooth as it was and oftentimes the app take update more than once .Please solve the issue asap.I am a tab user I respect the developers who always try to add new features, but they should first make existing features perfect and free of bugs.

7. Thank you!Everything's good except the part where it pauses the downloading when network is slow or lost and then doesn't continue from there even if network is back.

8. Edit:- Thanks! The issue has been resolved.The app is good and teachers are wonderful.

9. A must have on every student's phone Edit : The new batches they have added allow even CLASS 6,7,8 to study on their platform.The platform is really good.

10. They explain you with moderate pace so that you understand, overall this has been good but the technical issues should be solved although to be honest they don't bother much.

11. If we talk about app , it has a lot of features but there is some bugs also like live lectures always play with a delay of 5-10 seconds and doubt solving system can be more enhanced.

1. Fix PW Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PW: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PW App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PW" » Open PW -JEE/NEET, UPSC, GATE, SSC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PW » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PW -JEE/NEET, UPSC, GATE, SSC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PW servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PW -JEE/NEET, UPSC, GATE, SSC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PW app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PW might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PW. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PW then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PW not working

2. Fix PW Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PW be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PW not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PW may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
