Please try them out because it would help you a lot of times because if you lose your remote then there is no way to be able to put your led lights on but if you have this app and link it to your phone or iPad then it would not only help you but help your parents so then they don’t need to take a whole day looking for the remote.Its easy to use 90% of the time but will not always connect to my light strip (B) unless i remove the other light strip (A) from the side bar.

2. I was so excited for these shame that only the LEDs work not the Bluetooth, location sharing, or how to connect to the phone.OK app, works fine for 1 device, but as soon as you have more than one you don't know which is which, although you can group lights, you can only control 1 at a time.

1. Fix Lotus Lantern Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lotus Lantern: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lotus Lantern App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lotus Lantern" » Open Lotus Lantern » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lotus Lantern » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lotus Lantern app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lotus Lantern servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lotus Lantern" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lotus Lantern app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lotus Lantern might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lotus Lantern. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lotus Lantern then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lotus Lantern not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lotus Lantern be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lotus Lantern may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
