Why should I report an Issue with Facer – Celebrity You Look Lik?

Don't do it and Google a decent face match appLiterally I kept so much patients but this app everytime shows use" lastest version' even if it in latest version and lots and lots of ads 😑!!!my experience was not good at all ....It was coming good in the beginning then it kept on coming error and I only am allowed to have 2 scans 😠 do if we got more scans and fix the error problem I would definitely give a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but for now I give it 1 star ⭐Wants you to buy premium so badly they send two ads every 30 seconds and you can't view the best results because you don't have premium.Why does it keep telling to use latest version of app.

2. If the devs keep working on it i see it being a great app! Keep it up guys! I recommend over most of the other celeb look-a-like apps.Utterly ridiculous Understanding that the face matching algorithms may not be too top but the 1/2% match to three random F-list celebrities that look literally*NOTHING* like myself or my partner.

3. Celebs i look like more are lower percentage and the higher ones are less similar.

6. The ads are slightly intrusive but not a big deal and you can cancel out quickly.

9. Edit: Really? The app isn't finalized yet? Why is it even on the playstore before it works? SMHI want to give 1 star ⭐ but i gave 2 star ⭐⭐ it can't find perfect one who i look alike and anime part is worse 👀 look it make's your face look bad if i am honest then don't 👎instal this stupid app at all 👎👎👎👎I used a pic of a celebrity just to check and it shows you results that were extremely different.Its totally a fraud app.I did not find any look-alike of me with 100prcnt match.Waste of time.

1. Fix Facer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Facer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Facer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Facer" » Open Facer – Celebrity You Look Lik » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Facer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Facer – Celebrity You Look Lik app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Facer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Facer – Celebrity You Look Lik" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Facer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Facer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Facer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Facer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Facer not working

2. Fix Facer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Facer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Facer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Facer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
