1. Two days later, the deliver called my friend and asked to cancel the order due to reason that they only deliver in working hours, despite the fact that my friend lives alone and she's working during week days.

2. Wasting time ordering, then waiting, then phone calls to follow up as no update on order and not delivery as described, then finally operator had to cancel as can not fulfill the order.

3. Then the situation of my order doesn't change on their system, it was kept being arrive on August 9th.

4. Order never fulfill on time, even from Tiki Trading itself.

5. Like a toothbrush, a pair of earphone, face wash lotion, notebook, earwax picker, nothing is eligible.Their customer service doesn't work at all during the pandemic.

6. As far as I know, neither the Tiki app nor their website are available in English and I believe a lot of foreigners would happily use Tiki otherwise.Clean and clear UI, except the cart and checkout pages.

7. Completely waste of time experiencing online order with this system.

8. I contacted to their Customer service twice, they kept send me the same automatic message that i have to wait from 14 to 20 days.

9. I've been living in Vietnam for several years and speak some Vietnamese, enough to get by, but of course I don't understand everything, especially technical stuff, and so I'd really appreciate if there were an English setting for this app, just like Shopee and Lazada.

1. Fix Tiki Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tiki: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tiki App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tiki" » Open Tiki - Tốt & Nhanh » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tiki » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tiki - Tốt & Nhanh app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tiki servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tiki - Tốt & Nhanh" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tiki app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tiki might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tiki. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tiki then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tiki not working

2. Fix Tiki Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tiki be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tiki not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tiki may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
