1. Maybe they're bought? App is extremely laggy on a S21 Ultra 5G, and it doesn't even have a search function? Adding photos doesn't appear to be intuitive at all, especially for the music videos where you have to play the video over and over to add each incremental photo instead of having a bulk add option.

2. I think this app has a lot of potential with the nice templates, but usability is very poor.So, I have an Android and I understand that not all features on iOS are on Android, but it's really annoying how some pictures I've recently downloaded, I can't upload or don't show up as an option to upload.

3. Main colors (make the main picture dark) most of the time don't work.Glitches The app which seems good at the surface but some of the templates do not pick the pics appropriately.

4. Please reconsider your pricing or open up more options, thank you!First the app exported the video at the wrong speed and length, then it crashed every time I attempted to edit.

5. When I click to contact support, nothing happens.Options missing for Android users? I was suggested to this app by a friend who created amazing videos on her iPhone.

6. On the android, the gold text comes up black, and the video stops playing after a few seconds.

7. I've been uploading 9:16 aspect ratio pictures that seemed to work for the past couple of weeks and I can edit and everything, but now it's not working.

8. Also, the recent update does not allow me to select all text options showing, even after multiple tries.

9. On the iPad, while the gold text is ok and the video plays ok, the video is added up-side down.

10. Some titles doesn't work and then you need to delete and select the title you want again.

11. I feel I can't win with this one....was really hoping to like this app as I really love the gold text feature - goes really well with my brand.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Mojo Issues

1. Fix Mojo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Mojo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Mojo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mojo" » Open Mojo: Reels and Video Captions » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mojo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Mojo: Reels and Video Captions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mojo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mojo: Reels and Video Captions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Mojo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mojo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Mojo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mojo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mojo not working


2. Fix Mojo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mojo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mojo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mojo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
