1. It's perfect for a beginner.Fabulous app! I've followed Andy on YouTube for a couple of years now, and was so impressed, I bought the full beginner course! He is a great teacher, and has you playing along to music on the radio almost from the first lesson! I've tried many times, over the years to learn guitar, but never managed it.

I instead bookmark the videos on YouTube and look them up there.I had posted a great review before I realized all the lessons beyond beginner were paid, its not even a paid version of the app, you have to pay over 20 bucks per course! That would've been fine had I not been told over and over that this was a free lesson app.

1. Fix Andy Guitar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Andy Guitar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Andy Guitar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Andy Guitar" » Open Andy Guitar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Andy Guitar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Andy Guitar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Andy Guitar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Andy Guitar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Andy Guitar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Andy Guitar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Andy Guitar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Andy Guitar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Andy Guitar not working

2. Fix Andy Guitar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Andy Guitar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Andy Guitar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Andy Guitar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
