It may be not mandatory for driver's children, but when you try to go the safe way and pay for it, it's disappointing to face such behaviour.this app and system got issues! trips cancels by itself, drivers are rude and can get angry if some issue occur in app, many bad incidents happen because of this app, support is very limited or not care, don't recommendThere is no possibility to separate financial phone number and one to call you back in the app.

Works well in general, but it's too easy to accidentally cancel the ride via notification and also it's impossible just to choose a point on a map as a departure or destination, so if you're in a poorly mapped settlement (like Smotrych at the moment), you can choose only one of the few mapped locations, and the closest one may be uncomfortably farther away from the desired location.This app makes my life easier.

3. I can now order taxi without personal communication on phone, it eliminates mistakes in addresses that operators on phone could make.

4. Taxi driver arrived without any child seat and said it's not mandatory.

5. Ordered a taxi with child seat for a baby less than 3yo, added cost - 20 PLN (~4.5 EUR).

1. Restart Opti: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Opti App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Opti" » Open Opti - Taxi 579 online » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Opti » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Opti - Taxi 579 online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Opti servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Opti - Taxi 579 online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Opti app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Opti might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Opti. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Opti then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Opti not working

2. Fix Opti Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Opti be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Opti not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Opti may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
