Why should I report an Issue with Selvi - Teleprompter Camera?

1. As for the speed, yes it is virtually impossible to get the correct speed but what i do is put it to as close to the speed I want and make sure it goes faster NOT slower than you want and all you have to do is place your thumb (from the same hand that is holding the phone) on the screen to stop the text momentarily and then remove to continue.

2. Can't move text box up so it always looks like I'm reading so I won't be able to use this app even tho it's really good.This is a great little app for reading to a camera and the free version is more than adequate for my needs.

3. Customizable text speed and size etc is good but would be better if you could preview it to make sure it's not too fast before recording.

4. The text size and speed sliders does not have numbers, so you have to guess each time.

5. I read the negative reviews about the speed of text and the text box cannot be moved but these can be done quite easily.

6. With Selvi I could was able to record in landscape and most importantly I placed the text box near the camera and resize it so it won't look like I am reading.

7. Is this a glitch or is the app just built this way? Besides that, the features and ability to personalize the script's size and speed is great.

8. The text box can be moved by holding on to the blue button in the middle of the text box and then it moves easily up to the top of screen.

9. Too bad I can't saveA good simple app to get the job done, but has a few kinks, one is the speed slide bar that's totally a disaster, since you don't know the increment, it's either too slow or too fast.

10. Why would that be?The deal-killer problem with this app is the lack of precise control, or settings, over the scroll speed.

1. Fix Selvi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Selvi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Selvi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Selvi" » Open Selvi - Teleprompter Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Selvi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Selvi - Teleprompter Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Selvi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Selvi - Teleprompter Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Selvi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Selvi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Selvi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Selvi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Selvi not working

2. Fix Selvi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Selvi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Selvi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Selvi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
