Upon investigating I discovered that three months ago they started charging me for a monthly subscription I did not approve or request, and as I had some Google Play credit, they were successful in taking two months of subscription before I was notified.excellent app! if u r looking for an app that will PUT MUSIC FILES TO YOUR GIF, then u found the right app! moreover, you have A LOT of editing options to choose from! converts GIF TO VID and vice versa (esp for igposts), etc.

2. WHERE CAN I SEND SCREENSHOTS OF THE PROBLEM? the app opens in a black area now and when I select the usual gif to video option [or whatever I want] it shows blank circles and will not show what is there so I can select one.Reported due to the developer applying a hidden monthly subscription.

3. made a couple gifs and music cuts to marginal satisfaction and now will not accept any format it used to take and now only error messages on any project and can't save any projects and the advertising is maddeningly pervasive (though expected to some lesser degree on a free app).Liked this app for years, but it is no longer usable.

4. thank u so much for thisok for what it was......some minor loss of video quality; but still ok for a free app........adendum; worked ok but very basic looking quality; but just got updated a couple days ago and now no longer even works.

5. I have used this app for many years and found it functional if not brilliant, however I will be uninstalling now after being notified that my 'subscription' payment was declined.

1. Fix Video2me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video2me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video2me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video2me" » Open Video2me: Video and GIF Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video2me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video2me: Video and GIF Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video2me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video2me: Video and GIF Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video2me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video2me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video2me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video2me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video2me not working

2. Fix Video2me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video2me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video2me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video2me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
