1. I love the shows just wish the app would work so I can watch them! Would be 5 stars if it worked without crashing all the time.It'd be nice if I could watch more than 15 mins of an episode.... EVERYTIME I'm watching something, within 15-30 mins, the video stops and I get the buffering circle.

2. My only complaint is it doesn't have an option to minimize and watch while your watching and using your phone at the same time.Keeps crashing can't even watch a show all the way through because it crashes constantly and has been getting worse every day.

8. I don't like that old reruns of MOST SHOCKING VIDEOS is often played all day long on occasion on the TV Channel itself, and wish they'd play more of the content from the app on TV as well, but aside from this I have no complaints.

9. love the app but once in a while when the ads play the app will stop working, if I restart it ,it does pick right up where it left off.

10. Works as it should.I like the True Crime network, however the app has ads to VSP Vision care that repeats back to back 6-8 times on every commercial break.

1. Fix True Crime Network Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart True Crime Network: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the True Crime Network App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "True Crime Network" » Open True Crime Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for True Crime Network » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear True Crime Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from True Crime Network servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "True Crime Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check True Crime Network app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, True Crime Network might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall True Crime Network. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall True Crime Network then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing True Crime Network not working

2. Fix True Crime Network Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make True Crime Network be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to True Crime Network not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, True Crime Network may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
