1. Now there is only one view, and the banner ad at the bottom completely covers the "Play" icon, rendering it useless for figuring out the path of storms.I love this app! It keeps me up to date on the local news & weather! It's a very user friendly app so anyone can use it, plus I love 13 news & all the anchors.

2. Was easy to get the news and weather but now, its constantly running ads, and moving down what I'm trying to read.Where is the live news stream on the app? That is what was great about the last app, actually seeing the live news, weather, and sports coverage as it happens.

1. Fix 13News Now Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 13News Now: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 13News Now App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "13News Now" » Open 13News Now - WVEC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 13News Now » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 13News Now - WVEC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 13News Now servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "13News Now - WVEC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 13News Now app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 13News Now might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 13News Now. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 13News Now then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 13News Now not working
