1. Given the abundance of functionally superior radio apps that can be bought instead of rented, this milkingware has been replaced with three better alternatives and is consequently being uninstalled as we speak.I have found a few stations I'd listen to but a number of the stations don't work.

2. Works well, doesnt break.I like you can get different countries on one app.. just started using this app... Up to now all thumbs up..Bulcrap, it don't play music and there are no Caribbean radio stationsHas literally none of the stations i want to listen to.

3. Every time you switch between stations you have to listen to same monotonous ads over and over and over again.Recurring subscription fees to bleed customers dry ad infinitum, without any possibility to purchase the software once and for all.

4. Please just check as the stations keeps breaking in between not sure if it's the signal or just the appGoodness me! The ads are so exhausting! Phew! I can't take this one minute more!Don't waste your data on this app.

5. Today, the stations are skipping like a scratched record would.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Radio and Music Issues

1. Fix Radio and Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Radio and Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Radio and Music App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Radio and Music" » Open Radio and Music - Live Player » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Radio and Music » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Radio and Music - Live Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Radio and Music servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Radio and Music - Live Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Radio and Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Radio and Music might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Radio and Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Radio and Music then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Radio and Music not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Radio and Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
