1. Today was worst! Everything changed to Chinese! Had to uninstall it!App is PERFECT! I don't know if it can tell the difference between running and walking as I'm sure running would burn more calories per step but it's a great app, unless......unless you get a new phone.

2. Doesn't seem to be very precise in measuring/Calculating distance, even with GPS turned on? Not a fan of the voice ques added recently & wasn't obvious how to turn off.

3. I've always used the GPS tracking feature, but now whenever I turn it on, it automatically give me some random amount of distance before I've even taken a step anywhere from 0.01 mi to 0.25 mi.

4. I walk the same route everyday and the mileage changes anywhere from .6 to .16 miles.

5. First of all when I turn it on all the sudden it go to a blue screen where I had to wait while a little bar on the bottom was working.

6. It only records a few points along a 4 mile hike, or says I walk 5 miles in 17 seconds.

7. Needs a mute button in app, as it counts down when starting exercise and has a cheer sound when hitting finish exercise.

8. Not many ads though.I gave 3 stars due to the extra commercials that have been popping up when I record the steps from my pedometer.

9. According to Google maps, my odometer is accurate.

10. Most recently, it showed no movement from my starting point, and yet the final report showed that I'd moved over one mile.

1. Fix Step Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Step Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Step Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Step Tracker" » Open Step Tracker - Pedometer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Step Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Step Tracker - Pedometer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Step Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Step Tracker - Pedometer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Step Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Step Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Step Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Step Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Step Tracker not working

2. Fix Step Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Step Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Step Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Step Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
