Why should I report an Issue with WoWS Assistant?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Vitaly Rabinouski to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I havent actually compared the stats to those on the official game but I know for a fact that Base Captures(0??), Accuracy and the summary of kills is incorrect( it says I have 1 753 kills, but then when I add up the numbers on Armaments Used tab its missing around 300 ships🤨.

2. Also English is quite badly translated and there are no ship stats or the armor viewer, which would be nice.App Crash at my galaxy s22, I couldn't see how it works.

3. Complete waist of money as it is now!This is not an assistant this is statistics ---> falsely advertised You Add In Realtime Statistics & an Armor Viewer and its close enough for me.

4. Sorry one star from me, but if you fix app that i will works, I will change my ranting for you.Use to work fairly good, but now it's unusable.

5. What I like about this is its existence, since Wg hasnt made an assistant app for WoWS yet.

7. Now to the bad part.

1. Fix WoWS Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WoWS Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WoWS Assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WoWS Assistant" » Open WoWS Assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WoWS Assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WoWS Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WoWS Assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WoWS Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WoWS Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WoWS Assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WoWS Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WoWS Assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WoWS Assistant not working

2. Fix WoWS Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WoWS Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WoWS Assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WoWS Assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
