1. Apart the fact that with every update you are requested to change password, when you finaly manage to do it as it doesn't work properly, you are asked to key in all your consumption details again.
2. On each screen I need to wait at least 3-4 secons to load and for the first load it takes 7-8 seconds even though I use a S20+ and the network speed is very good.After the last update, a very bad user experience, every time i had to put the password in the app and is not working at all.
3. Disgusting!! I gived 1 star becasue I can't do less.it forces me to change the password and the current password doesn't work anymore, so I cannot change anything.
4. And guess what? Still doesn't work, 'consumption details not recognised' when I've been using the same details before the update.Its a great app and easy to use but currently is out of function.
5. Do you have any ideea when will be ready to use?Absolutely terrible app!! You can never log in unless you reset your password EVERY TIME you need to access your Account, which is very frustrating.
6. When you reset your password to access the app you can't access most of your account information either so tbh the app is completely pointless and a waste of your time.
7. on the wesite the link for resetting the password doesn't work either.
8. Don't bother downloading it.Horrible app! After 9 months of useing it, every time you try to do something on the app it will either loading forever, or it shows you an error message that the function is not available.
9. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn't help in the slightest and this is the only advice customer service can give you.
10. Now it even doesn't recognize the account existing email.
11. Also, when you try to register and enter your phone number, the app keep saying is not entered or it doesn't have all the digitals, when it actually have.
