1. Suddenly we start having technical issue which can't be solved by the technical support since 10 days now! We loved noor play and we are feeling bad for such end!Frst 2 month was perfect while they have the ability for denying you from watching your last week of the month but i continue with them but lately they provide me an offer with 48$ for one year so i go a head with them but i face they are not providing the services of allowing watching my favorite series 116 of kurulus othman not their and i was not able to watch it while my payment was successfuly excuted through google store And their end.i send them 3 emails asking them to give me my rightsVery bad , I subscribed and paid 4 months ago , I used the app for one month , then I went overseas for 3 months , when I came back , I couldn't log in again to my account.One of the worst apps I used.
2. Can you please add English subtitles? There are so many shows I would love to watch.Frequent technical issues with their App on Smart TV that have not been resolved since almost 8 months..!!!I'm now suddenly having a hard time accessing my noor play account in my TV.
3. perfect player with good Arabic dubbingThe application is laggy sometimes, also if the phone screen turned off while watching or in pause mode and you unlocked the screen to continue watching, the application always fail to resume the content unless you close the app and force stop it form the phone system and then run it again, which is very annoying.
4. When I do screen mirroring I can hear the voice in the TV only and the movie only and on the phone.You need to add an offset between the seek bar and the full screen gesture indicator.
5. Let's start with the service, when you are viewing a video, it rotates the screen in a specific way but it is not responsive if you wish to rotate it the other way.
6. No download to play later feature now the streaming service work fine.
7. Quite disappointing.We are feeling sorry coz we will cancel our subscription in Noor play.
8. I have New update confuse more and download is not working for long time, so it's very bad, really very disappointing I tried hundreds times to download and no success.
9. This is a small user experience feature that I expect form a simple player.
10. Please don't ask me to contact support because I already did but they are not respondingFew major issues with the service and app.
11. So you have to remember where you stopped to play it next time.
I change my phone and I’m trying to add the app to the new phone and it keeps asking me for my Visa information which is I already have a for this month and every time I’ve got a Visa it’s trying to charge me $180 and I don’t know why my monthly payment almost $6 and something so why they are trying to charge me $180 and why I have to buy my Visa if I put my password maybe I just won the app only for this month
My subscription is not cancelling every time I try to cancel it says error.

Hello my name is hiba El hassan and I have been with noor play for few months and you have been automatically charging me 4.99 a month however today I was trying to watch but I got a message that my subscription had ended and I needed to subscribe again using PayPal or Google pay. I stopped my subscription, and for 2 months Noorplay deducted from me 2 times 3 months 9.99$ subscription. So 20$ should be refunded to my card. and make sure this will not happen again anymore. Thanks
