Why should I report an Issue with PowerWatch 2?

1. There is still no indication of the last successful sync completed.Just plain terrible....not the watch so much,it does as advertised and would be great if it had a working app .... Every second day there is no data to be displayed....no charts...no nothing even though the watch is clearly keeping track.

2. other than that, I have not had the serious problems that some of the other negative reviewers have had.The watch and app refuses to transfer data making history useless.

3. If they incorporate maps into the watch, spruce up the push notifications to show images, and add in some prepared responses, I'd give it 10 stars!UPDATE: I've had to stop using watch.

1. Fix PowerWatch 2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PowerWatch 2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PowerWatch 2 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PowerWatch 2" » Open PowerWatch 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PowerWatch 2 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PowerWatch 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PowerWatch 2 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PowerWatch 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PowerWatch 2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PowerWatch 2 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PowerWatch 2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PowerWatch 2 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PowerWatch 2 not working

2. Fix PowerWatch 2 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PowerWatch 2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PowerWatch 2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PowerWatch 2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
