1. (Violin tuners since this is the only viola tuner on Android) This app was perfect before the most recent update now it's nearly impossible to tune with this app.The app is great to tune my viola but when I purchased the "no ad" upgrade for $4.99, I expect it to have NO ADS! Not a reduced amount! Stop ripping people off with that BS! If you say no ads then it better be NO ADS!Have for years stuggled to tune my viola.

2. Uninstall IMMEDIATELY!!!! This hoax is a piece of 💩DON'T GET THIS APP!! I am in high school, with a great director, and she ALWAYS has us tune our instruments before playing EVERYDAY.

1. Fix Master Viola Tuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Master Viola Tuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Master Viola Tuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Master Viola Tuner" » Open Master Viola Tuner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Master Viola Tuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Master Viola Tuner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Master Viola Tuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Master Viola Tuner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Master Viola Tuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Master Viola Tuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Master Viola Tuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Master Viola Tuner then reinstall.
