1. The rewards system in unnecessary complicated and !!!! the points do vanish at the end of the year - unbelievable! You can only use the points to get some silly discounts to some weird products that are limited in number and unpopular and on top of all the response to my complaint about lacking the English version was in Polish - what a miserable approach to customer service! Anyhow, app uninstalled forever and for good! Thank you, God, for Hebe!Edit: ordering to pick up at the store.

2. Also - added products to cart to order online, turns out I was creating some sort of Lista+ which works only when you're IN THE STORE.New version just made my life a nightmare.

3. It's not clear (it took me some time to find online shopping) , this List+ thing is super useless and your notifications are driving me nuts - even if I read everything it still shows as unread.Spent an hour trying to complete an order.

4. In previous version I was just given suggestions of products that I might be interested in, in the new one I have to do shopping twice, on line and in store.

5. If I ignore the notification it asks again.New app version is not intuitive it is nightmare to navigate and not clear.

6. Zero starsThe app is really helpful considering all the information it stores about various products, the problem is the application is constantly breaking down.

7. After few seconds of scrolling down its page it just stops responding.I hate this version.

1. Fix Rossmann PL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rossmann PL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rossmann PL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rossmann PL" » Open Rossmann PL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rossmann PL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rossmann PL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rossmann PL servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rossmann PL" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rossmann PL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rossmann PL might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rossmann PL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rossmann PL then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rossmann PL not working

2. Fix Rossmann PL Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rossmann PL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rossmann PL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rossmann PL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
