Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Photable Issues

1. Fix Photable Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Photable: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Photable App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photable" » Open Photable » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photable » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Photable app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photable servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photable" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Photable app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photable might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Photable. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photable then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photable not working


2. Fix Photable Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photable be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photable not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photable may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hey, this app charged me $42 and I never did the 3 day free trail it offered me it just instantly charged me $42. I never used the app that’s alot of money for an app, I never used. I have bills and other things to be worried about. Is it possible if I can get a refund?

  • After using the app for a day, I canceled the membership (I pretty sure did) but it apparently didn’t and it kept charging me $2.99 ever since then. May I please get my money back for the period that I didn’t use the app? I lost way too much money but I only used the app for a day.

  • I agreed to a free 3 day trial and was not aware that I would automatically be billed $39.99. This is not an app that I use, nor is that a purchase I wanted to make/can afford. I only wanted to do the free trial. Please contact me with potential refund options or let me know if there is a Customer Support line that I can contact. Thank you.
