1. Worst is that the alternative dashboard available online does not show the reel time load balance and only allows you to reload.
2. I was trying to make use of it to manage both personal and corporate accounts to track all details in one app BUT I can't choose between company or personal.. I can't even choose the DATE for the birthday fast because I had to manually press the back arrow so I would reach 1968 and one wrong press I would be back to 2021.
3. The session expiry and the fingerprint unlock are nice touches, but having to log in and type your password every time the app starts is not.
4. Finger print sign in option is not working; it still asks me for the password, which was incorrect according to this great app.
5. The internet maybe faster than other network but this experience is just absurd.Hope that you'll add an SMS/Messaging-like feature on the app - for us not to waste the load that we supposedly may use.
6. "Very frustrating" is an understatement to describe my experience with PLDT.The app is a bit slow.
7. PLDT gives its consumers the worst experience as always.
8. The birthdate has to be inputted manually which takes a long time for the ones who are not so young.
9. Perhaps it is not complete yet.... I hope improvements would be made soon.No stars for PLDT.
10. The PLDT web app account cannot be used interchangeably with the mobile app, forcing you to register a new one just for this.
11. If this is PLDT's way of promoting and marketing the app then that's just a flawed strategy.The app has a convoluted way of authentication and navigation.
