Video Crop is one of the only apps that doesn't have the finish button so close to the edge of the screen that I can't click it, but it's pointless if it just crashes all the time.Absolute grabage experience , the video takes like forever to crop and sometimes the video stops and stutter and comepletely stops playing .

2. 🤔This app does exactly what I want it to do - fast, free and without a watermark! It's often the easiest step I make in video editing... however I would prefer if the "free-crop" option would be less rigid, and the duration of the videos to be correct when I save the video to my device, as it always saves as "0 seconds long" for some reasonGood.

3. For me this happens sometimes with apps, so at first i thought it was just my device but then i reopened it and tried to save my video over and over... annnnnd... it still didn`t work.

8. Some of us are students under stress that need work done in a day we do not have time to deal with apps that don't work fix or delete it.Excellent app, i would give it 5 stars if there was an option to pay to remove adds.

9. Don't download it waste of your time and energy.Do not install this app it will just waste your time it always crashes after you work hard to crop it then you have to start over only for it to crash again.

10. One little thing for me, is that it doesn't crop in portrait mode to fit my screen despite trying both custom or set modes.

1. Fix Video Crop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Crop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Crop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Crop" » Open Video Crop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Crop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Crop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Crop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Crop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Crop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Crop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Crop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Crop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Crop not working

2. Fix Video Crop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Crop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Crop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Crop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
