1. Trimming option is a bit hard to use (imo) but other than that I found out they started implementing watermarks? When I saw it at first I panicked a little (since I use this app to drop watermarks and such from other editing programs) but I'm glad that you can remove them by watching 30 second ads!! :DThis app is good but the only thing is that sometime the app lags alot and when I crop long videos it says that the video doesn't exist -_- By the way this app is really amazing, I highly recommend it.

2. I've tried a fair amount of these tools, not just the actual Cropping Apps but those within various Video Editing Apps and THIS one truly works the best.

3. Sometimes I wanna make edits with Funimate and KineMaster but the video doesn't want to export so I screen record it and use this app.

4. Not that I said to remove but put the ad at the corner so that I don't to continuously press X.Great to crop your image an not mess with the photos definition!!! Bravo on whoever made this its one of the few that works!!This is the best trimming and cutting app I've seen ever.

5. I like the app because of its simplicity, doesn't ask you if you want different effects and additions on the video which is good.

6. It's hard to know where it's actually stopping since the time line doesn't change, have to keep sliding it back and forth until you get it where you want it.I paid for the ad-free version, used it on 2 crops, then the ads came back again.

1. Fix Video Crop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Crop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Crop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Crop" » Open Video Crop – Trim & Cut Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Crop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Crop – Trim & Cut Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Crop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Crop – Trim & Cut Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Crop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Crop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Crop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Crop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Crop not working

2. Fix Video Crop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Crop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Crop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Crop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
