1. Update this app...this is ridiculous.Hasn't worked in months, except for bill.easy to navigate, makes me look good when I can give clients costs in a matter of seconds.very useful especially when showing a property and the client asks about the total cost..Doesn't work when you try to send the report.

2. App constantly freezes up for me at that point.To bad it's already March of 2022 and this app is FULL of info-graphics, videos and whatnot from 2021🤦🏾 ♂️.

3. I'd like to post some of these graphics for my social media presence but can't because it's all obviously OLD information.

4. I like the app except I always have a hard time emailing the detailed report.

1. Fix ChicagoAgent ONE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ChicagoAgent ONE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ChicagoAgent ONE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ChicagoAgent ONE" » Open ChicagoAgent ONE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ChicagoAgent ONE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ChicagoAgent ONE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ChicagoAgent ONE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ChicagoAgent ONE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ChicagoAgent ONE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ChicagoAgent ONE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ChicagoAgent ONE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ChicagoAgent ONE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ChicagoAgent ONE not working

2. Fix ChicagoAgent ONE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ChicagoAgent ONE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
