2. But now when I go to sync it up it loads all sorts of data that are dated/time stamped completely incorrectly (January 1, 2014 12:01, etc.). I double checked take sure the date and time are correct on the thermometer and they are.

3. Terrible programming for a 35 dollar thermometerIt took awhile just to figure out how to make the thermometer and my phone connect.

4. Then hold the phone near the nfc area of the Thermometer (the round area) to download the data from the Thermometer to the app.

5. You see the data in the background during retreival then is nowhere to be found! Wasn't the greatest before this, but now total trash :(Like others say it doesn't connect as simple as it says .

6. Realized the adapter is for downloading data to the iPad or devices that don't have NFC support.Update removed the line drawn through the points on the chart.

1. Fix BBT OUcare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BBT OUcare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BBT OUcare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BBT OUcare" » Open BBT OUcare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BBT OUcare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BBT OUcare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BBT OUcare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BBT OUcare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BBT OUcare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BBT OUcare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BBT OUcare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BBT OUcare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BBT OUcare not working

2. Fix BBT OUcare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BBT OUcare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BBT OUcare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BBT OUcare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
