1. Will go to urgent care center ASAP in the AM .Horrible. Waited 2.5hrs for the first doctor, then I remained 1pt behind for 1.5hrs. Called customer service, no one picked up for 20min so I just hung up.
2. Selecting the provider based on queue length should be the last selection, and it should place you in the queue immediately.the process to get started was quick is easy.
3. great experience l.Was very easy to set up & speak to a Doctor she was very kind, understanding & most of all helpful.
4. Plus there is no means to communicate with any administrative person through the site to resolve my issue.Audio wouldnt work, the messages center of the app also doenst work even after updating app today.
5. Had an initial glitch with the first doctor, showed a black screen and no audio even at max volume.
6. Wish there was a way to make contact.Would be better if it wouldn't ask you additional questions after selecting your provider, losing your place in the queue.
7. The doctor was friendly and the visit was easy.
8. I will use again & would recommend to others.After long wait time it is Easy to talk to Dr, but impossible to reconnect to message back the physician.
9. When I finally got to the doctor he was very knowledgeable and pleasant--but he did NOT call my meds into my pharmacy.
10. I filled out all my info, but the doctor transferred me to a different doctor, who did not pick up.
11. The doctor was very kind and thorough and helped me with what I needed.
