Why should I report an Issue with MotoAnswer - Auto Answer Calls?

1. I checked app permissions, doesn't seem like I missed anything... I paid $1.98 yet Speaker doesn't function at all! Useless for ♿ accessibility requirements: Require Auto-Speaker ON! Otherwise the app does answer calls, not all features functionalGreat... installed on two phones S7 and Pixel XL.

2. And of course, they're going to blame the app for shutting off as an internal problem with your phone.. the developer Francesco Antonucci does not take responsibility for the app.I have installed it in a new device but not working properly and getting stopped every time.

3. My only slight criticism would be that it sometimes disables itself overnight and I have to remember to turn it back on.Frustrated. Require a Auto-Answer WITH Speaker for phone ON... Yet Speaker is selected ON, yet for whatever reason, Speaker doesn't function.

4. I am on the phone a lot and that is very convenient to simply have all calls go directly to my hearing aid and be answered automatically without having to touch the phone - or touch a tiny switch on the hearing aid when a call comes in.

5. She's 88 and can't even remember how to answer a phone call.I had this feature on my old Samsung cell phone and I loved it.

7. Original review: Thank you so much for developing this App!! I was getting extremely frustrated trying to get my new Moto G7 to allow me to answer hands-free with my bluetooth (which is required due to my physical limitations).

8. Within the first few days of using it I was able to take 2 very important calls I would otherwise have missed without taking my eyes off the road.

1. Fix MotoAnswer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MotoAnswer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MotoAnswer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MotoAnswer" » Open MotoAnswer - Auto Answer Calls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MotoAnswer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MotoAnswer - Auto Answer Calls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MotoAnswer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MotoAnswer - Auto Answer Calls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MotoAnswer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MotoAnswer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MotoAnswer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MotoAnswer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MotoAnswer not working

2. Fix MotoAnswer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MotoAnswer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MotoAnswer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MotoAnswer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
