1. The only reason why this doesn't get 5 stars is because there is no way to set the app to turn off/end/stop casting at the end of an episode! It autoplays forever and I can't find any way to make it stop other than sit there and hope I can stop casting fast enough before the next episode starts and the meltdown begins.

2. I don't understand the function or the purpose of that button.Casting live TV to my Chromecast causes the video to completely freeze.

3. I would change that when you chromecast, it shouldn't restart the video or turn the audio off for a few seconds.

4. Frustratingly, this app also has issues disconnecting when minimized (currently on Android KitKat, though this has been an issue for awhile now), so you can't be sure the app isn't drawing data unless you manually close it out of the tray.

5. This is the only app where I observe this behavior.App does stream pbs kids video content.

6. The app isn't bad, it's just not convenient for adults to jump in and out or queue a playlist.This app is wonderful and we love the content in our family.

7. Third, the captions don't work when doing Chromecast either.I wish other apps delivered this consistently.

8. I tried clearing data and cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even factory resetting my Chromecast.

9. Please add the ability to turn off autoplay!!Love this app, especially on the Chromecast with Google TV.

10. That option has been taken out (or maybe I just can't find it anymore) and the amount of data this app now uses is staggering.

11. We really wish the app didn't force our phones into landscape mode the moment we launch it though! It's super frustrating, and it happens even when we have auto-rotate turned off.

1. Fix PBS KIDS Video Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PBS KIDS Video: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PBS KIDS Video App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PBS KIDS Video" » Open PBS KIDS Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PBS KIDS Video » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PBS KIDS Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PBS KIDS Video servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PBS KIDS Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PBS KIDS Video app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PBS KIDS Video might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PBS KIDS Video. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PBS KIDS Video then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PBS KIDS Video not working

2. Fix PBS KIDS Video Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PBS KIDS Video be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PBS KIDS Video not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PBS KIDS Video may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
