Why should I report an Issue with OpenLP - Remote 2.0?

2. App works great but i think the switcher buttons for "live display", "display black only", "display theme only" should not be hidden under a pop-up window but would be much more convenient to just have them at the top.

4. Hope to have a feature that can chromecast in full screen 😊🙏you really need to understand networking ip addressing etc to set up.

7. IT DOESNT HAVE NEPALI BIBLE.The effort that has been put into this is unbelievable considering the developers are just using their 'spare' time.

1. Fix OpenLP Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OpenLP: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OpenLP App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OpenLP" » Open OpenLP - Remote 2.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OpenLP » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OpenLP - Remote 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OpenLP servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OpenLP - Remote 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OpenLP app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OpenLP might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OpenLP. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OpenLP then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OpenLP not working

2. Fix OpenLP Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OpenLP be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OpenLP not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OpenLP may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
