RideMETRO Customer Insights

1. Very poorly designed and executed app.The app doesn't have accurate information as far as the time for the bus scheduleIf you put start outside bus route it does not guide you to nearest bus stop.Everything you'd ever want except how to pay and download a ticket.Very handy for those riders in a rush...Worst transit ever!!!! Horrible/mean drivers.

2. But ofc this post doesn't mean anything since many of us have no choice but to ride this POS system. Not for metrolift, only for bus rider's! Not what I need. The houston bus system is horrible.

3. Its a Comfy Ride......"ALL ABOARD !!!!!!"App completely stops working... freezes when putting in stops or addresses.

4. If you don't spell street or highway name exactly the way the app has it entered in their search criteria, you won't receive any results.

5. Or at most convenient stores in the Houston/ Metro Area and Downtown.

6. Key word searches on street names or place names too limited.

7. I ride metro all the time.

8. it's really easy to use, provides pertinent information, and so far I haven't had any problems with it.

9. Having a Q CARD is the only way to go...unless you want to pay for every bus or train transfer.

10. I get passed ALL the timeI guess there have been some updates for this app since it was created.

11. YOU CAN GET THEM AT THE METRO STORE at the DownTownTransitCenter.
