1. Instead, you go through the sequence of several screen (select from-account, select to-account, select the date, read the agreement and confirm), and the balance is only shown in the beginning.I'm so frustrated that they haven't fixed their check deposit system yet.
2. It would be really nice to be able to categorize charges on a credit card or maybe even select the charges checkbox-style with a sum payment from that process to better organize payments from a primary account vs a joint account for example.
3. I had no problems and my check deposit was visible in 2 hours but it took 5 business days before funds were available.
4. "The back of the check is too light!" What the hell does this even mean? Checks are written on white paper! I tried it on a pure black surface and it still didn't work.

11. The app is so powerful i almost never need to call the super helpful, always available customer service! The only time i needed to call this year was to make a change to the terms of my CD during the final month of it's term.
