1. What I don't like is that I have no option to delete a project or undo a mistake that I've made.you can only add patterns from images, and the part where it tracks what threads you have is a paid option.

I despise false ads and I demand it removed permanently!I like this app, but when i want to import another picture, it doesn't allow me.

1. Fix Magic Needle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Needle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Needle App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Needle" » Open Magic Needle: Cross-Stitch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Needle » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Needle: Cross-Stitch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Needle servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Needle: Cross-Stitch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Needle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Needle might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Needle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Needle then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Needle not working

2. Fix Magic Needle Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Needle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Needle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Needle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
