1. I have figured out the basics that I need it to do and now it works very well.At first it was a bit difficult to figure out exactly where my already placed stitches were (the other program I tried was better in this regard), but the ability to synch across devices without jumping through any hoops makes that slight difficulty more than worth it.Quite enjoying it though using 2 fingers to move around took some getting used to.

Should allow 1 fingee movement when the markup/eraser tool is locked and it would be easier if we could just press on the image to open the file instead of the 'Open' button.It's a very good app, but I'm having an issue where I have stopped being able to highlight certain quarter stitch legs, specifically the ones on the upper right of a block.

3. It is possible to see the percentage of how much you have completed without having to go to the main screen? I love seeing all that is app is capable of, definitely worth the costCan't download/open anything from Dropbox.

1. Fix Cross Stitch Saga Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cross Stitch Saga: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cross Stitch Saga App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cross Stitch Saga" » Open Cross Stitch Saga » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cross Stitch Saga » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cross Stitch Saga app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cross Stitch Saga servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cross Stitch Saga" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cross Stitch Saga app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cross Stitch Saga might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cross Stitch Saga. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cross Stitch Saga then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cross Stitch Saga not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cross Stitch Saga be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
