Thanks, ArtThis needs a different way to edit the add button won't let u click the 3 dots to edit the last pet at all u need to fix the way u can edit the pets and if they r still with us or not it needs to be better on the editing part it just a tad to simple please fix thisI love it, and will love it even more when it will allow me to display my multiple pets age in order (oldest to youngest) and also be able to put a death date and not have to remove the pet to stop it from going over his past age.aIt's my first time using it and I love it.

1. Fix My Pet's Age Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Pet's Age: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Pet's Age App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Pet's Age" » Open My Pet's Age » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Pet's Age » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Pet's Age app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Pet's Age servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Pet's Age" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Pet's Age app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Pet's Age might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Pet's Age. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Pet's Age then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Pet's Age not working

2. Fix My Pet's Age Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Pet's Age be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Pet's Age not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Pet's Age may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
