Why should I report an Issue with FrameDesign?

1. Having a recurrent issue where when switching between load cases or load combinations, the app fails to draw or calculate with message 'lateinit property mVDrawMain has not been initialized', requiring me to restart the app to make it work.

2. Thank you very much! I'd help importing material properties like you did separate app for profiles.Super useful and accurate tool that I've used a lot! But i cant purchase the version without ads from the link inside the appwhy when i switch to see for ex.

3. Instead of of steel sections, if able ti add sections of rectangular, circle with material property and stiffness input manual it would be goodFor newbie like me this is super helpful and easy to use.

4. At first I thought it was drawing only bending moment diagram but when I checked the Results option I realized that this was set to moment digram by default.

5. reactions or shear forces it doesnt show it and when i go back to results they are turn off.every time i turn something on it automatically turn it self off.

6. I set in the right menu to see reaction which change from greyed to red and I press the arrow on top left to come back to the graphics screen where structural model and they are not visible.

7. Moment results in green color redability is poor.

8. In present method if load is applied a little distance away from node it is not seen easily.

9. You can draw shear force, axial force and bemding moment with it.

10. Uniform load one should also be able to apply by node no.

11. It would be better if it were able to calculate beams and trusses too.Great for quick verifications.

1. Fix FrameDesign Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FrameDesign: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FrameDesign App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FrameDesign" » Open FrameDesign » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FrameDesign » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FrameDesign app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FrameDesign servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FrameDesign" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FrameDesign app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FrameDesign might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FrameDesign. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FrameDesign then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FrameDesign not working

2. Fix FrameDesign Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FrameDesign be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FrameDesign not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FrameDesign may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
