1. While it performs the "search" in the catalog, it seems as though SPP is no longer widely supported and HID should become the new norm.It's nice to be able to use a better camera for scanning but the devices for each store should be able to talk to each other or compare lists at least so this could be done remotely if needed.Needs to support additional scanners.

2. Could be great with these changes.The Unitech Bluetooth scanner works nicely in SPP mode on Android (Serial Port Profile) but there's no similar support for HID (Human Input Device) on Android, which is the recommended profile by Unitech.

It's a lot of information at first, as the menus aren't the most apparent, but once you get used to the parts that you operate on it all makes sense and it's efficient - saving a lot of time ordering vs big beverage brand which barely works, and takes literally 2 minutes to load anything.App is great.

4. ZiiZii needs to open up their supportAfter the update on March 29, 2022 it's not working properly with Google pixel 6 pro phone.. keep closing ziizii app on me, can't do anythingThis is wonderful! I don't know what I would do without it.

5. Let the app run in the background so i dont have to hold my phone open all day.Does the job on multiple devices with very different builds.

6. Thank you for the new update (corrected almost immediately) that has fixed the bugs.It's hard to search for the exact product you want because of confusing abbreviated names.

7. I use my phone and a small scanner but if the screen closes the app wont put the scan in a batch.

8. It would be alot better if you can scan while the app runs in the background.

9. There are several scanners with the same capabilities as Cipherlab that are considerably cheaper.

10. It's optimized very well for a merchant related app which are usually the slowest and buggiest.

1. Fix ZiiZii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ZiiZii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ZiiZii App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZiiZii" » Open ZiiZii » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZiiZii » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ZiiZii app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZiiZii servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZiiZii" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ZiiZii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZiiZii might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ZiiZii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZiiZii then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZiiZii not working

2. Fix ZiiZii Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZiiZii be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZiiZii not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZiiZii may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
