Why should I report an Issue with AppSales?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ts-apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. if there could be some sort of filter for different types of apps, that would be great! Edit: as of the 10.0 update, there is a filter exclusion setting! Thank you developer, that's exactly what I was hoping for! Upped to 5 starsI like this app however missing sorting options(price or discount), group or filter to apps or games (if it is an option to do), discount tab shows 100% free ones as well which have separate tab.

2. The only downsides are that the ratings of some apps shown in AppSales are not always accurate (though this doesn't happen too often, it is still annoying when it does happen), and sometimes I will come across apps on the play store that are on sale but are not shown in AppSales.

3. This makes it possible these apps could be overlooked when viewed after 2 days.Very useful app for finding free/discounted apps on the play store.

4. Took away the community rating system also.Best app that I've used so far for finding cheap sales and sometimes free paid apps.

5. +It does a great job finding stand alone paid apps on discount.

6. Took away the free category so now we have to go through multiple steps to see the free apps on sale without other paid sale apps.

7. If that was fixed this would be 5 stars for me.I check it everyday! The only issue is there's a ton of icon packs in the way of actual apps.

9. -Sale apps in Watchlist are sorted at the top of the list for just 2 days.

10. This allows for deciding which apps to pick up first if you have a weekly budget for app buying.

1. Fix AppSales Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AppSales: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AppSales App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AppSales" » Open AppSales » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AppSales » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AppSales app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AppSales servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AppSales" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AppSales app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AppSales might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AppSales. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AppSales then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AppSales not working

2. Fix AppSales Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AppSales be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AppSales not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AppSales may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
