I definitely wouldn't waste your money.I have been using this app for over a year but recently the customer service has no response or intervention for a case request because sitting here for ten minutes the advisor avoided all my questions and instead told me about a bunch of other stuff that nothing was what i needed to know.After many hours and money spent it's become a scam as they take your data from previous readings and tell you the same thing with poor English and always calling you "dear" or "honey".

2. The customer service chat option is not supportive... no one actually responds and when you email them they tell you to refer to the chat... again where there is no response.This app.is a waste of money theses readers predictions 🙄 are false and customer service never responded.

1. Fix PsychicBook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PsychicBook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PsychicBook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PsychicBook" » Open PsychicBook - Psychic Readings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PsychicBook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PsychicBook - Psychic Readings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PsychicBook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PsychicBook - Psychic Readings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PsychicBook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PsychicBook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PsychicBook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PsychicBook then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PsychicBook not working

2. Fix PsychicBook Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PsychicBook be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PsychicBook not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PsychicBook may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
