1. Hoping they are able to help fix this issue as I still would like to use this service.The company is great and I love working for them... but this app is horrible! Every other week I have to Uninstall and reinstall because there is an "upgrade" notification that comes up but there is no update in the app store.

3. Great idea, but can't use this service because all the business is ran through the app.When it works, it is fine - easy to navigate, etc.
4. I've so been waiting almost 2 weeks for someone to pick up my job request.All of the babysitters that I've hired thru BB have been great, no issues at all.
5. Sends me to the play store where it says "open" as update is complete but then app won't open.
6. Lately, I have been required to "update" the app before I am able to use it.

8. It seems like every other time I try to use it it gives me a message that I need to upgrade the app and won't let me do anything until I do.
9. I wish you could see reviews of the sitters that picked up your job and could also leave our own detailed review after every sitter.
10. For a week, the app says "could not create account, please try again later." I have emailed the business letting them know there's a problem with the app, and I never heard back.
11. I know the company is working on the Android bugs and it will improve in the future.Very frustrating.
