2. Finally i have to go counter service for monthly payments.A good and helpful app, I would recommend to add a few features to make it even better: (1) Pay outstanding balance for multiple meters with just one transaction.

3. This is such an embarrassment reflecting your teamSuper slow and slowIf can pay the bills for my mama in Thailand when I am abroad with this app, y'all farangs can do it for your Thai girlfriends/wives too!! 5 baht fee to use a debit/credit card.

4. I got stuck at the loading screen for freaking 10 minutes (hopefully more) and it finally appeared that it can't connect to the server... At least check and fix.Can't do anything when open the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MEA Smart Life Issues

1. Fix MEA Smart Life Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MEA Smart Life: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MEA Smart Life App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MEA Smart Life" » Open MEA Smart Life » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEA Smart Life » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MEA Smart Life app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEA Smart Life servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEA Smart Life" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MEA Smart Life app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEA Smart Life might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MEA Smart Life. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEA Smart Life then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEA Smart Life not working
