Why should I handle the delay? This is bad service! And I really don't recommend anyone to use!Unfortunately no matter how big the business in Iraq, you still get very poor costumer service, I use the app since 2016, recently bought an expensive perfume for 270,000IQD= $181 and the perfume was either not Original or damaged due to heat and light.
2. contacted them to report this issue hoping they will find a solution, all what they did is trying to convince me that their products are all original and has no issues with no valid solution for my loss.Extremely bad experience with the notifications.
3. I don't need any more notifications in my life, I already have enough.Good app, it could be way better! Let us select our delivery location using GPS just like talabat that would be much easier for us and the delivery.The status of products offered by the App is not updated.
4. Disappointing!As one of the first online shopping in Iraq, I found Miswag a very good service.
5. I ordered two keyboards, then after two days they called and said they are sorry, that product is not available.
6. I tried it one time and received the post in a very good condition exactly as expected.
7. I received a ridiculous number of notifications about things that I don't even care about.
8. I want order something but don't have products details in English.
9. Slow delivery but it does what it should.Great and easy to use app.
