Why should I report an Issue with Monitor for Nicehash?

1. Secondly, why does this app require access to your camera and microphone? Also full access to network access.The profitability per 24hr seems to display an incorrect number by default (something like $35 instead of what should be $15) and I have to refresh several times to get the correct info.

2. It's good that support the new nicehash platform but can you add widget to it?hardware monitor doesn't detect Radeon VII vitals, if I'm pay sub then it should be able to read all cards, especially that one.

3. I've really enjoyed having this app so I hope it fixes itself.I paid for the pro version on my old phone, why doesn't it transfer over to a new phone? This may be user error but I think the process should be more obvious.

4. EDIT: Thank you for bringing back the widget but this was a free freature on the old platfrom but it's now a PRO Feature.

5. Dev is very active and friendly response to emails.Great app, does exactly what I need it to do.

6. Hopefully eventually they can add an option to display wallet and payouts in USD like the website does.

1. Fix Monitor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Monitor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Monitor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monitor" » Open Monitor for Nicehash » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monitor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Monitor for Nicehash app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monitor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monitor for Nicehash" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Monitor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monitor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Monitor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monitor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monitor not working

2. Fix Monitor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Monitor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Monitor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Monitor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
