Why should I report an Issue with LensDroid Mud Client?

1. Since this is the best client I've used.Excellent client but sadly no longer works with 2019 samsung models as the keyboard covers the lower half of the screenIt was awesome till my menu wouldn't pop up to set up triggers and timersi can't use the the global chat channel /ooc in empiremud...it keeps saying something about a tgread errorNo on-screen menu button, no ssl supportIt needs a new update.

2. 1 star until something changes.I wish it had more help with the commands somewhere.. and maybe should have a highlight option or something.. took me a long time to figure out the capture feature.. really is no help with trigs and commands...for everyone without a menu key.

3. If there was a way to set a different background color then 5 stars.Very good mud client! I really hope/wish that an update pops up every now and then.

4. I can't go to the optionsCan't use it because I can't get to the settings.With most droids ditching the menu button there is no way to access settings.

5. If they updated the settings access this could probably be a #1 mud client.

6. Buggy but not bad, it probably looks and feels the best, Blowtorch being nearly second place.

7. I recommend mukluk or blowtorch.

8. Both have pros and cons but are ultimately far better than the prehistoric lensdroid.

1. Fix LensDroid Mud Client Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LensDroid Mud Client: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LensDroid Mud Client App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LensDroid Mud Client" » Open LensDroid Mud Client » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LensDroid Mud Client » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LensDroid Mud Client app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LensDroid Mud Client servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LensDroid Mud Client" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LensDroid Mud Client app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LensDroid Mud Client might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LensDroid Mud Client. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LensDroid Mud Client then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LensDroid Mud Client not working

2. Fix LensDroid Mud Client Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LensDroid Mud Client be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LensDroid Mud Client not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LensDroid Mud Client may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
