1. It's easy to share photos to my frames, including options for titles or not, and the ability to prechoose the most important part of the photo to dislay should the frame chop part of the photo off.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Frameo Issues

1. Fix Frameo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Frameo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Frameo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frameo" » Open Frameo: Share to photo frames » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frameo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Frameo: Share to photo frames app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frameo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frameo: Share to photo frames" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Frameo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frameo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Frameo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frameo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frameo not working


2. Fix Frameo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frameo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frameo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frameo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

We had an electric outage and Frameo has the red Frameo logo and a bar going left to right. Re booted internet no change. The chat team had me reset frame and factory reset still no change. Frame will not power off.

In my 10" (New) Frameo display the SD card has disappeared into the slot and cannot be seen to be removed. Can the display be damaged by the SD card floating around the circuit board? How can it be removed? Different SD cards are thinner or thicker. Because the slot is not aligned correctly this may cause other SD cards to be inserted into the Frame internals rather than the SD slot as needed, Particularly with children trying to create their own picture shows. Please help.
