1. This has been a great tool to easily share pics and vids and it goes straight to the external SD and very fast! Thanks for this app!This app is absolutely perfect and amazing at what it does! I'm only curious why you can't get a faster transfer when connecting to devices using Wi-Fi Direct.

2. It has been the only app that i have been able to transfer files between multiple devices by different manufatures across different versions of android [without file corruption].

3. It may start out seeming it's working but it doesn't complete the transfer, it fails and leaves corrupt files to internal memory storage and no way to access to delete.

4. Spent hours on phone with verizon and samsung trying to resolve wifi direct and blue tooth files between 2 phones, to no avail.

5. Sharing section headers are missing, everything shows up as "..." Files & Folders and Documents sections are blank, with no apparent means to access files in the android filesystem, as with most other apps.

1. Fix SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share" » Open SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share not working

2. Fix SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperBeam | WiFi Direct Share not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
