Why should I report an Issue with Riff Studio?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

As an instructor this is an issue...no one wants to have to run to there phone in the middle of class to change songs, that's one of the reasons you buy a smart watch..The other big issue is you have to add one song at a time...it will not populate playlistIt's great for setting up set lists to practice too.

2. It would also be nice to be able to organize play lists on a computer then import them into riff.(Changing pitch of songs 5/5 stars) Overall: 3.5/5 HOWEVER, it would be 5 stars worthy but loses points: Doesn't have sort & filter options on playlist or multiselect for picking songs from device.

It used to show all the various locations/folders & if I picked my "music" folder it was then broken down by artist.The great and only way to accurately learn songs, while building your ear, understanding the musician's phrasing, and learning the fine intriquate feel ypur favorite musician utilizes! Learn how they get their slurs, etc, etc.

4. Why not just make a single button on the play control page like every other music player ever developed? It's counter intuitive and clumsy at best.Everyone should be using a metronome to practice.

5. Other than that, this app is great, and you can listen to music anywhere.Developer...any way you can have a large display of the album art show when in the main player mode? Otherwise, well designed app.

6. The ability to slow down songs and loop parts is great when trying to learn complicated parts.

1. Fix Riff Studio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Riff Studio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Riff Studio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Riff Studio" » Open Riff Studio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Riff Studio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Riff Studio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Riff Studio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Riff Studio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Riff Studio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Riff Studio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Riff Studio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Riff Studio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Riff Studio not working

2. Fix Riff Studio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Riff Studio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Riff Studio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Riff Studio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
